Tires Plus

I had new tires on my van and I ran over small bolt on my street that went through the middle of the tread. They removed the tire, patched it internally and then balanced the tire after the patch. This is the correct procedure for patching a tire that is fairly new. This shop does competent work and the price was more than fair.

So last year I took my 2012 truck to these guys for inspection and three months later I give myself an oil change to find out that my brakes were down to bear metal and they obviously did not check my brakes when they did my inspection that’s OK fast-forward to a few months later I go to take my 1999 Ford F150 for inspection and I get recommended labor Of $3100 and the reason they’re telling me it’s failing is up to the inspector’s discretion. There is no exact code on the amount of wobble that they are saying is closing the issue of why it won’t pass inspection. They changed the managers a few years ago, but the place definitely went downhill. Be careful going there because it seems like depending on which inspector check your vehicle which day depends on whether you’re gonna be paying a lot or not. Completely sad as I’ve been going to these people for 10 years and I know for a fact, my truck does not have the issues that they are stating it has. Last time using them goodbye tires plus

Tires Plus became my "Go-To" place! Of all the times I've been here, there's never been a misunderstanding, any trickery or hidden fees, and the turnaround is what they say. Very honest and thorough people here! Hidden Gem at the of Philadelphia Mills Mall

I was quite disappointed in my most recent visit to Tires Plus. I ordered tires on line from Tire Rack and picked Tires Plus to install them. I selected an appointment date and time online when I ordered the tires (8 AM). I called Tires Plus on Monday to follow up and let them know that I also wanted an oil change and a pressure sensor for one of the wheels repaired/replaced. I was told the earliest appointment they had available for Thursday was 10 AM. Which is not a problem, I just need to pick the car up in time for a 3:30 PM appointment. I was told it would be ready by 1:00 or 2:00. They also told me that their tool for replacing the pressure sensors was broke and they wouldn't be able to address that. So now I'm going to have to pay someone else to take the tire back off and repair the sensor, and pay for it to be balanced and installed again. I called for an update at 2:30 and they told me it was in the shop now. So I figured it should definitely be done soon and got a ride to the shop, just to be to be told they still need another hour. How long does it take to replace three tires and do an oil change? They have now had the car for 5 hours. So I had to get a ride to my appo
